Balance training

Balance describes the body’s ability to provide a quiet upright stand and purposeful movement in every position (for example free seat, stand) or action (for example running, walking). With increasing age the balance and fall risk is increasing too, making a balance training is recommended.

Especially after injuries of the lower extremities (ankle sprain, torn ligament etc.) it is important to regain a gool balance to walk without pain and to be able to perform sports safely.
